We had to get a move on, the Grand Canyon was so near now and we still had to get to El Paso for Christmas so after a late brunch with Mike we filled up with the cheapest gas of the trip so far ($2.66) and carried on west. We chose to head away from the easier Interstate and head towards the only place where 4 US States meet. It might be worth a photograph or two… We both had lots of laundry to do so we stopped quite early in Famington and tied up the washing machines for a few hours and sat watching Seinfeld on cable. Getting a hotel without wifi was a mistake!
